A tool to seek out ideas, to develop new ways of looking at the world and its cultures, and finally a tool to unite the world and discover what we all have in common and to celebrate what makes us different.

Firmly rooted in Barrow, Barracudas has firmly established a culture of creative participation within its community and put Barrow on the global carnival map.
